OUR HISTORY

Ecoprogetti began its history in 1994 as a manufacturer of photovoltaic panels with a manual production line. With the aim of minimizing manual work and increasing production capacity, Ecoprogetti began to build small automatic machines for its production line.

Thanks to the growth of the photovoltaic industry, in 1998 Ecoprogetti became an independent reality, dedicated to the production of machinery for the photovoltaic industry. Ecoprogetti initially produced machines for the entire photovoltaic chain, starting with machines for processing, cleaning and cutting the ingot, then wafer quality control and automation for the production of cells.

Subsequently Ecoprogetti specialized exclusively in the design and assembly of production machines and quality control of photovoltaic modules.

FLEXIBILITY

STRINGER MACHINE

To obtain a lower solar cell failure rate, Ecoprogetti has developed and patented a new and innovative welding technique that combines traditional pressure welding with hot air.
The introduction of hot air in the welding phase allows to heat the entire surface of the cell, not just the points where the ribbon is positioned, drastically reducing the thermal stress to which the cell is subjected.

SOLAR SIMULATOR

In 2010 Ecoprogetti launched the first LED solar simulator on the market, this technology has remained the most appreciated for its incredible precision, customization possibilities, speed and competitive price. As a result of technological and aesthetic innovation, this machine has been further improved and taken to the next level. At the moment the ECOSUN PLUS solar simulator is equipped with A + A + A ++ certified LED boards by TÜV InterCert.

AUTOMATIC BUSSING

Ecoprogetti has created an innovation in the field of welding the connections of a photovoltaic panel with the Automatic Bussing machine with induction system to solder the connections of the photovoltaic panels without being limited by the technical characteristics of the photovoltaic cells or by the number of bus bars or wires.

RIBBON PAINTER

Ecoprogetti has developed a unique system for coloring the ribbons of photovoltaic strings. This system is a combination of three different main components (color, color deposit system and drying system).

J-BOX APPLICATOR

The only machine of its kind capable of working on three junction boxes at the same time. The machine carries out the siliconing, application and welding processes of the junction boxes on the photovoltaic panel.
