ECOCURING

The ECOCURING is an automated curing station equipped with a Pick & Place system, designed to provide adequate time for silicone in solar panels’ J-Boxes and frames to properly reticulate. It features modular belts for efficient panel transport, ensuring that components remain stable during the curing phase and avoiding any movement in subsequent production stages. With the ability to stack up to 30 modules (maximum height: 1650 mm), the ECOCURING is ideal for high-volume production. Additionally, it offers alternated positioning, supports optional spacers for frameless panels, and provides customizable stacking configurations to meet different production requirements.
