FUNCTIONING OF THE ECO J-BOX R
[one_third]STORAGE BUFFER
The machine is equipped with 3 storage buffers and each holds 270 junction boxes.These are picked up automatically and deposited on the conveyor with pre-alarm end j-boxes for non-stop production flow.

The j-boxes are brought under the plasma gun which shoots plasma on its borders. This opearation makes the silicone much easier to apply on top of the junction boxes.

[one_third]SILICONE DISPENSING
The j-boxes are brought to the silicone gun which applies an even amount of silicone on its borders.

Succesively the j-box gets to the glue gun which dispenses a small amount of glue on top of the j-box which helps to fix it quickly on the panel.

[one_third] Before the j-box is positioned on the panel two thin pincers rise the L bended ribbon, next the j-box is positioned on top and the ribbon is bended low again.

[one_third] The machine integrates an automatic soldering system for the j-box internal connections.

GLUE DROP
Succesively the j-box gets to the glue gun which dispenses a small amount of glue on top of the j-box which helps to fix it quickly on the panel.

[one_third]RIBBON POSITIONER
Before the j-box is positioned on the panel two thin pincers rise the L bended ribbon, next the j-box is positioned on top and the ribbon is bended low again.

[one_third]J-BOX SOLDERING
The machine integrates an automatic soldering system for the j-box internal connections.
