ECOTAPE GG ADD

The ECOTAPE GG ADD is a fully automatic in-line edge taping machine designed for glass-glass photovoltaic modules before lamination. It applies tape to the module edges with high precision and supports module sizes from 2000 x 1000 mm up to 2500 x 1400 mm, with smaller or larger sizes available on request. Suitable for glass-glass and glass substrate modules, the machine is equipped with automatic loading and unloading by conveyor belts, an automatic centering system with center or edge alignment, and a PLC-controlled interface with touchscreen HMI. It supports tape widths from 10 mm to 30 mm according to customer requirements and tape spool capacity up to 2000 m for continuous operation. The machine offers a cycle time of 16 sec/panel and a takt time of 18 sec/panel, combining high-speed performance with stable inline process integration. Remote assistance via VPN internet connection is available, and automatic spool change can be supplied as an optional feature.
