HIGH SPEED IR STRINGER MACHINE
ETS2500 is an infrared tabber and stringer machine from Ecoprogetti, it solders photovoltaic solar cells at a throughput of 2300 cycles/hour.
This equipment uses Ecoprogetti’s infraRed soldering to weld cells of different technologies and sizes, from 9 to 12 BB.

  • Half-cut cells compatibility: M6 (166x83mm), M10 (182x91mm), G12 (210x105mm);
  • Triple-cut cells compatibility: G12 (210x70mm) Only on specific request.;
  • Works with P-type PERC, N-type TOPCon, N-type HJT, full & half cut;
  • Very little need for maintenance performed by the operator without calling Ecoprogetti’s technicians;
  • Quick remote assistance and supervision via ethernet;
  • Predisposed to be interfaced with other equipment;
  • 4 axis robot for a precise pick&place of the cells;
  • Low cost of spare parts and consumables;
