EVO 3000


EVO3000 is an evolution of the traditional stringer machine because its unique patent-pending concept diversifies it from all other equipment available on the market. The soldering of the cells is continuous. This technology results in extremely high flexibility and productivity with a very low breakage rate.

  • Soldering capacity 3000 cells/h (52x15mm);
  • Solders cells from 156x52mm to 52x15mm with 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 or only bus bar;
  • High soldering quality; more than 2N in peel test over the complete cell surface;
  • Possibility to change cell size in less than 30 minutes;
  • Automatic change of cell load basket;
  • Pre and post-heating of the cell in the soldering phase in order to avoid thermal stress;
  • Stretching of the ribbon before soldering;
  • Fluxing directly on the cell;
  • Specially designed for thin solar cells, 160 microns;
  • Adjustable tab length;
  • Touch screen with embedded PC;
  • Troubleshooting online to the touch-screen;
  • The number of solar cells for the strings is settable from the touch-screen;
  • Adjustable inter-axis between the cells, max 165 mm;
  • No pre-treatment of the ribbon is necessary;
  • This machine has very little need for maintenance and all maintenance work can be performed by the operator without calling Ecoprogetti’s technicians;
  • Quick remote assistance and supervision via the internet;
  • Predisposed to be interfaced with other equipment
