The ETS6000 is our fastest infrared stringer machine designed to solder TOPCon, Back contact,  HJT, PERC solar cells into strings at a throughput of 6000 cells/hour for half cut cells. The stringer can work with cells’ sizes from 182 to 230 mm (9 to 24 BB/Wire) full and half-cut.

Predisposed to be compatible with high efficiency solar cells like TOPCon, IBC, HJT, Tandem Perovskite and PERC.

ONLY ONE OPERATOR NEEDED

With a simple and flexible design the ETS 6000 can be used by one specialized operator.

CREATE SOLAR PANELS FOR BIPV

Customizing the cell to cell gap enables the user to create panels with great aesthetics, ideal for Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV).

Cell to Cell Gap:
– Full cell from 1.5 mm to 35 mm 
– Half-cut cell from 1.5 mm to 50 mm

STRINGER WITH INFRARED SOLDERING METHOD

Through years of implementations and adjustments we implemented an advanced Infrared soldering system to lower the breakage rate and optimize the soldering quality.

EASY TO USE TOUCHSCREEN

The software running in our stringer is made in-house by Ecoprogetti which easily enables additional customizations for specific requirements.

EMBEDDED CELL LASER SCRIBER (OPTIONAL)

An embedded cell laser scriber will save you space and money allowing you to work with full half-cut and triple cut cells.
