The Indonesian solar market does have its interest in renewable energy and there is a great growing potential laying on Off Grid sites. Seen the undersized electricity network, the best solution for Indonesian’s geographical situation are indeed the off grid sites, aimed to self-sustain the locals and domestic markets.

Up to now there are still 10000 isolated villages , almost 15 million people in the country who have not enjoyed electricity properly. Therefore, Indonesia President wants the electricity program to run all area with solar panels. The installation of Ecoprogetti’s production line is expected to help an additional target of 20 megawatts of electric power by 2019.
