The solar turnkey solution formula is a highly customised service for the construction and installation of a complete line of machinery for manufacturing photovoltaic modules. The machines are assembled and programmed by Ecoprogetti Srl staff to ensure the final results are fully up to each customer’s specific requirements. Our customers have the guarantee of our more than 25 years’ experience in the photovoltaic field; initially manufacturers of photovoltaic modules, we expanded our skills and we are now able to offer a full range of services for the correct installation and maintenance of a PV manufacturing line.

There are four production phases in a solar turnkey solution which follow a precise order:

• Stringing→ In this first phase the photovoltaic cells are joined to each other to form the strings using the ribbons, after which the strings are placed on the glass respecting the polarity. The most performing cells are made from monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon, and can be perfectly handled by our stringers.
• Lamination→ During the lamination phase the various layers in the sandwich are joined together by means of hot polymerisation of the EVA. The lamination machines may follow other accessory units that automatically prepare the layers.
• Finishing → The finishing phase is fundamental, when any excess material is trimmed off, the frames and joining boxes are mounted and finally the photovoltaic module is cleaned of any process residues. The module is now ready to be tested and sold.
• Quality tests→ A series of tests are carried out to evaluate the final quality of the product, according to specific parameters, including the IV curve, the Hi-Pot and electroluminescence, to guarantee enduring and reliable performance throughout the module’s lifecycle.
